The date calculator works out how much time falls between two dates. Pick a "from" date and a "to" date, and the tool shows the difference in full years, months and days (like an age), plus the total number of days, weeks and hours between them.

This covers the most common everyday questions: "how old am I, exactly," "how many days until my vacation, deadline or event," length of employment, or the gap between two events. By default the second date is today, so calculating age only requires entering a birth date.

The calculation follows the real calendar, including leap years (February 29); time of day isn't taken into account — only calendar days are counted. Age is shown in full years/months/days, with the total day count also displayed if you need an exact figure. Everything runs right in your browser.
